STANFORD - Members of Stanford's codes committee continued discussions about the possibility of a town center during the committee's regular meeting on Monday
This was the first meeting held since the committee walked out of a meeting in September due to concerns that councilwoman Virginia Stern's presence in the audience could be viewed as an illegal quorum of the five-person town board. The Town Building Moratorium ends on December 31, 2006 unless extended by the Town Board. The decision to extend the Moratorium must be made at the Town Board meeting of December 14, the last regularly scheduled Town Board meeting before the expiration date or by a special meeting being called by the Town Board prior to December 31, 2006.Read More>>>>
It appears the Roseland Ranch developers will be presenting a large scale development proposal for the property soon after the Town Building Moratorium ends. Until that time, we believe they will not be submitting an application for subdivision and site plan development. Read More>>>>
